Maxwell and Brent came out to my in-laws’ house in El Paso to help with a tough plumbing job – draining the cesspool. The service they provided was top-notch from start to finish. I was really impressed with Luke & Sons Plumbers LLC when I needed help. My water heater suddenly stopped working, so I called and Ryan came out to my place in El Paso within 45 minutes. He took a good look at everything and explained what was wrong in simple terms. I was worried I might have to replace the whole unit, but he was honest and said it just needed a new spark controller and a corroded ground wire connector replaced. He even looked for another part just in case, but realized it wasn’t needed, so he didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Ryan made sure I understood what he was doing throughout the repair, and got my hot water running again quickly. The price for labor was very fair, and it’s great to know there’s a plumber I can trust here in El Paso. I will definitely reach out again if I need plumbing help in the future.

once again, this plumbing company provided excellent service at our home. they unclogged our master bathroom shower drain, fixed a shower head that was full of calcium, and repaired the shower handle. devin, the plumber who helped us, also found a leak in one of our toilet tanks on the third floor and replaced the faulty part. finally, they put in a new kitchen faucet that we really needed for a while. devin was very prompt, polite, and quick while checking out all four bathrooms. i really liked how they sent a text with a photo of the plumber before he arrived—it felt very professional and made me feel comfortable. the owner even stopped by to check in, which was nice. they also gave us advice about our water pressure pump in the garage and told us what signs to look out for if it ever starts failing. on another occasion, we had a critical plumbing issue when the shower handle got stripped and wouldn’t turn off the water. maxwell answered the phone and quickly set up a visit for christopher to come between 3 and 5pm. he arrived right at 3:01, which was awesome. christopher wore shoe covers, was super polite, and got right to work. he figured out the problem, left to grab the part, and had everything fixed in less than 45 minutes. since we had to shut off the water to our house until it was fixed, we really appreciated how fast and efficient he was. the price was very fair, and we never felt pressured or taken advantage of. overall, this plumbing company is reliable, professional, and always does a great job. i’m happy to recommend them for anyone needing plumbing help in texas, especially with all the hot weather here where water issues can happen often.

I’m very happy with the work done by Luke & Sons Plumbers LLC. They showed up right on time with a crew of six, including Howard and Ryan. I had my whole house in El Paso re-piped, and they didn’t mind coming out on weekends to get the job finished. The cost was reasonable and fit my budget. Now, with the new management, there’s always an experienced plumber on-site, fully equipped to handle any clogged drains that might pop up before or after the re-piping. If you’re planning a re-pipe, I recommend making sure both horizontal and vertical pipes are included. Maxwell was especially great—he kept me updated every step of the way and made the process easy to understand. The service has definitely improved, and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

After returning from vacation, we found our old water heater leaking, so it was definitely time for a replacement. I called Luke & Sons Plumbers LLC early in the morning, and Maxwell came out to our house that same afternoon to check things out and give us an estimate. Besides swapping out the water heater, we also had him replace the pressure regulator for the whole house. Maxwell came back a couple of days later and handled both jobs quickly and efficiently. The pressure regulator was in a tricky spot, but he managed to install it without needing to cut into any drywall. Our new water heater is working great now and the water pressure is just right. Maxwell was friendly and professional, making sure to explain everything he was doing without trying to push any extra services. While we might have found someone offering a lower price, the quality and service were worth it. We'll definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.
